Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partner (CP) and broker networks.
- Generate quality leads through sourcing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and closures.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with channel partners.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the partner network.
- Maintain sourcing data and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Achieve monthly sourcing targets.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing or Channel Sales.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain channel partner relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
