Role:
Owns the overall performance marketing strategy for digital, e-commerce, and Q-commerce platforms, ensuring measurable ROI across all channels. Leads the team and ensures overall efficiency from strategy and planning to execution and optimization — across D2C, e-commerce, and Q-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate objectives into actionable plans for search, social, marketplaces, and Q-commerce platforms.
- Research platform-specific audience behaviour, competitor promotions, and keyword trends.
- Build media mix recommendations across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
- Work with buyers to ensure campaign accuracy and optimal execution.
- Develop integrated strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, OTT, News Channels, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
- Direct Media Buying on websites and driving performance campaigns
- Define KPIs, media mix, and budget allocation for marketplace + D2C campaigns.
- Guide creative for platform-specific ad formats (carousel, sponsored listings, in-app banners) with insights on what is working for the brand and what is not working.
- Monitor category trends, competitor activity, and promotional opportunities on marketplaces.
- Lead campaign reviews, identify scaling opportunities, and ensure spend efficiency.
- Maintain client relationships and present performance dashboards.
Skills & Experience:
- 5–8 years in performance marketing, with proven e-commerce/Q-commerce experience.
- Strong analytics skills with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Amazon Brand Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
- Knowledge on Marketing Automation flows and tools
- Knowledge on integrating with 3rd party tracking tools like Seismic, Neilson etc.
- Hands-on expertise in both media buying and marketplace optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder communication & cross-functional collaboration skills.
