Job Summary
The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the staycation property to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces as assigned.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure all rooms and property areas are cleaned and prepared before guest check-in.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and inform the supervisor when stock replenishment is required.
- Assist in laundry activities, including washing, drying, folding, and arranging linens.
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Support the operations team during guest arrivals, departures, and property turnovers.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a clean environment throughout the property.
- Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC/10th Pass preferred.
- Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, homestays, or staycation properties is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
