Job Description
VR Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Field Supervisor – Electrical to supervise telecom maintenance activities at various project sites. The candidate should be able to manage field technicians, monitor daily maintenance work, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians at telecom sites.
- Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance work is completed on time.
- Visit assigned sites and monitor daily field activities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and field team.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports.
- Check the condition of DG, SMPS, Battery Bank, and other power equipment.
- Ensure work is carried out safely and as per company guidelines.
- Resolve basic site issues and report major issues to the Project Manager.
- Maintain good communication with customers and the internal team.
- Travel to different project sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- ITI (Electrician) with relevant experience can also apply.
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecom Electrical Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of DG, SMPS, Battery Bank, and Telecom Power Systems.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
