Doctor – Clinic Practice (BAMS)
Location : Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Thane, Hyderabad
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused BAMS Doctor to drive patient engagement, consultations, and treatment conversions at our clinic. The candidate will be responsible for understanding patient concerns, recommending appropriate treatment plans, counseling patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience while achieving clinic revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and assess medical conditions.
- Explain treatment protocols, benefits, and expected outcomes to patients.
- Counsel patients regarding healthcare services and treatment packages.
- Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve treatment adherence.
- Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.
- Achieve consultation-to-treatment conversion targets.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Strong patient handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Sales orientation with a consultative approach.
- Good understanding of Ayurveda and holistic healthcare practices.
- Ability to meet performance and revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- BAMS Doctor with 2+ years of clinical practice.
- Experience in patient counseling, healthcare sales, wellness clinics, or consultation-based services will be an advantage.
- Confident, result-oriented, and patient-centric professional.
