Job Description (JD):
Business Development & Operations Executive
Role Overview Responsible for driving business growth through sales team management, operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Management Oversee daily sales activities and ensure targets are met Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue metrics Ensure CRM tools are updated and used effectively
2. Monitoring Sales Candidates / Team Evaluate performance of sales executives (calls, meetings, closures)Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions Train and onboard new sales candidates Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs Maintain KPIs like: Conversion rate Lead response time Revenue per sales rep
3. Business Development Identify new markets, clients, and partnerships Generate leads via online/offline channels Build relationships with key stakeholders Prepare proposals and pitch to clients
4. Operations Management Streamline internal processes for efficiency Improve customer onboarding and service delivery Handle vendor coordination and logistics Ensure smooth execution of business processes
5. Strategy & Planning Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies Analyze market trends and competitor activities Forecast sales and revenue Suggest pricing, product, and expansion strategies
KPIs (Performance Metrics)Monthly / quarterly revenue growth Sales conversion rate Team productivity Customer acquisition cost (CAC)Customer retention rate
Qualifications MBA (Marketing / Operations / Business Analytics preferred)Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Leadership and team management ability
