We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced MBBS Counsellor to join our team and assist aspiring medical students in making informed career decisions.
Position: MBBS Counsellor
Job Overview
As an MBBS Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the medical admission process, helping them understand eligibility requirements, entrance examinations, college options, fee structures, and admission procedures. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to build trust with prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive counseling to students and parents regarding MBBS admissions in India and abroad.
- Assist students in identifying suitable medical colleges based on their academic profile, budget, and career goals.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, counseling rounds, documentation requirements, and fee structures.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain strong relationships throughout the admission cycle.
- Support students in completing application forms and preparing necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, and admission status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in medical education, entrance examinations, and admission policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in MBBS/Medical Admission Counseling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand students' needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
