Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce Software (WFS/ADP Workforce Suite), leading implementation and support engagements across the Workforce Time & Attendance (WT&A) platform. Provides end-to-end expertise in configuration, integration development, troubleshooting, and production support. Partners with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, drive successful project delivery, and resolve complex issues across the WT&A ecosystem through a combination of technical expertise and client-focused consulting.
Work you’ll do:
- Serve as SME for WorkForce Software (WFS/ADP WorkForce Suite), advising clients on best-practice configuration and design decisions
- Configure and troubleshoot complex business rules: Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling, and Roles
- Design, build, and debug JavaScript integration scripts across distributed libraries (Time Entry Import, HR Import, Exports, Payroll interfaces)
- Translate client business requirements into scalable WT&A configurations
- Write and maintain Oracle SQL queries for data management, validation, and remediation
- Configure and support SSO/SAML integrations (e.g., Azure Entra ID)
- Diagnose and resolve production issues — job log errors, mapping failures, API misuse, integration breaks
- Lead or support client workstreams across delivery lifecycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (client IT, other WFS consultants, offshore/onshore delivery teams) to drive workstream progress
- Prepare and deliver client-facing materials — status decks, design documents, functional specs
- Mentor junior consultants on WFS configuration and scripting standards
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical issues/solutions in business terms
Qualifications
Required Skills, Experience & Certifications
- Workforce Software (WFS) Configuration/Integration Specialist certification or higher is preferred.
- 7 to 12 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, JavaScript, and Workforce Software Formula Language.
- PT102, PT103, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience working with Workforce Software products, including:
- Time & Attendance
- Absence Compliance Tracker
- Advanced Scheduler
- Workforce Analytics
- Proven experience configuring complex business rules, including Policy Profiles, Pay Codes, Accruals, Premiums, Exceptions, Basic Scheduling, and Roles.
- Experience developing scheduled scripts, LD imports, generic and incremental exports, and supporting End-of-Period Processing (EOPP).
- Exposure to consulting engagements, Workforce Analytics, and interfaces/integrations is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
- Experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, or HR Shared Services is preferred.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
