We are looking for a responsible and proactive Finance Executive to join our Microfinance team. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan processing, collection of installments, customer relationship management, and other field-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and enroll new customers and groups.
Conduct customer verification and loan application processing.
Collect weekly/monthly loan installments from customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure timely loan recovery and minimize overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist in loan disbursement and collection activities.
Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
Report daily field activities to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Basic knowledge of financial services and customer handling.
Prior experience in Microfinance, Banking, NBFC, or Collection will be preferred.
Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
