Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing Assistant Manager with a strong background in the event industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of events from concept to completion. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of handling corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
- Understand client briefs and translate requirements into actionable event plans.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Creative, Production, and Vendor teams for successful event execution.
- Attend client meetings, site recce, rehearsals, and event executions.
- Develop event proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client expectations.
- Manage multiple client accounts and event projects simultaneously.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide timely project updates to clients.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure quality service delivery.
- Prepare post-event reports, client feedback, and project analysis.
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service excellence.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end event planning and execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing high-value clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Certification in Event Management will be an added advantage.
