We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – GEM to manage and grow the CCTV Division’s business through GeM (Government e-Marketplace), PSU, Central Government, and State Government tenders. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating documentation, and ensuring successful participation and order conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and track GEM, Central Government, State Government, PSU, and other government tender opportunities related to CCTV and security surveillance products.
- Manage the complete GeM bidding process, from tender identification to submission and order execution.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within the specified timelines.
- Coordinate with the technical, sales, finance, and management teams for tender documentation and approvals.
- Maintain all required GEM registrations, OEM/manufacturer authorizations, certificates, declarations, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors to obtain quotations, authorization letters, technical documents, and product certifications.
- Monitor tender results, L1 status, order placement, and post-bid requirements.
- Handle reverse auctions, price negotiations, and commercial discussions on the GeM portal.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, system integrators, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement rules, tender conditions, and company policies.
- Maintain a database of ongoing and upcoming tenders, bids submitted, results, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through government and PSU business development.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GeM Portal and Government Tender processes.
- Experience in CCTV, IP Camera, NVR/DVR, Access Control, Video Door Phone, and security surveillance solutions is preferred.
- Good understanding of tender documentation, BOQ, technical compliance, and commercial bidding.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and online tender portals.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Central and State Government procurement procedures will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in GEM/tender marketing will be given preference.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number and value of tenders identified and participated in.
- Tender-to-order conversion rate.
- Government/PSU sales revenue generated.
- Successful GeM bid and reverse auction performance.
- New government and PSU accounts developed.
- Timely and accurate tender submissions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
