Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers at the experience center.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ather products.
- Explain product features, specifications, technology, charging solutions, and ownership benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
- Follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, digital channels, and events.
- Convert inquiries into sales while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in CRM systems.
- Assist customers with financing, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
- Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and local promotional events.
- Stay updated on Ather products, EV industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, automotive, EV, telecom, consumer electronics, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
