Job Description
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, user interface design, design principles, usability, and responsive design, along with the ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and business requirements.
Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Ensure designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across different devices and screen sizes.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and design standards.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, business teams, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX inconsistencies or usability issues.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Maintain organized design files and documentation for ongoing and future projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Good understanding of UX principles, typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is an advantage.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a user-centered approach to design.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing websites, mobile apps, SaaS products, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
