About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to identify quality talent in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support salary discussions and assist in rolling out offer letters.
- Track candidate documentation and joining formalities.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
- Support onboarding by coordinating with the HR Operations team.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
- Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment status reports.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Employer Branding
- Publish job postings across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Participate in campus hiring, recruitment drives, and networking events, as required.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a marketing, advertising, media, digital agency, consulting, or staffing environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- An MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
