Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and people-friendly Admin & Facility Intern to join our team at Zo Space. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the workspace and assist in ensuring smooth functioning of essential services such as power, water, internet, and security systems.
You will work closely with the operations team, coordinate with vendors, manage basic inventory, and interact with clients and visitors. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to facility management in a fast-paced coworking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations:

Assist in ensuring smooth availability of power, water, and internet/Wi-Fi.
- Help identify basic issues and report them to the concerned team.
Support in monitoring CCTV systems and reporting any issues.

- Vendor Coordination:

Assist in coordinating with vendors such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and others.
Maintain basic records of vendor contacts and service updates.

- Inventory & Consumables Management:

Help track usage of office consumables like coffee, tea, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
Assist in maintaining stock levels and informing the team for replenishment.

- Housekeeping Supervision:

Support in ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the workspace.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff for daily requirements.

- Client Interaction & Space Tours:

Greet walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
Assist in providing basic walkthroughs of the workspace.

Requirements:

Education: Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any field
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and responsible approach
