Work Details:
- Front Desk Management : Greeting visitors, checking them in, and notifying the relevant staff members of their arrival.
- Communication Handling : Managing a multi-line phone system, screening calls, taking messages, and responding to general email inquiries.
- Administrative Support : Sorting and distributing mail, coordinating courier services, and maintaining the reception area's tidiness.
- Scheduling : Managing meeting room bookings and in some cases coordinating appointments for executives or specialized staff.
