Visual Organic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solar Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our solar initiatives (Rooftop and Ground-Mounted projects). In this role, you will bridge the gap between design engineering and on-site execution—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and strictly within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and deliver solar EPC projects from initial site survey through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Timeline & Budget Control: Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor milestones, manage cash flow, and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- On-Site & Vendor Coordination: Lead internal site teams and subcontractors. Coordinate directly with vendors for the timely delivery of major structural, DC, and AC materials.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous site safety protocols and ensure all installations adhere strictly to statutory regulations and grid codes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Act as the primary liaison for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal management, providing clear weekly progress updates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
