The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the scientific and technical program of conferences, congresses, symposiums, and academic events. The role involves communication with speakers, committee members, sponsors, and participants while ensuring the smooth execution of all program-related activities before and during the event.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and implementation of the conference program.
- Liaise with keynote speakers, plenary speakers, invited speakers, and session chairs regarding schedules and presentation requirements.
- Manage the abstract submission, review, acceptance, and scheduling processes.
- Collaborate with the Scientific Committee and Organizing Committee to finalize conference sessions and tracks.
- Prepare and maintain the conference agenda, speaker schedules, and session timelines.
- Ensure timely communication with presenters regarding guidelines, deadlines, and program updates.
- Coordinate virtual, hybrid, and in-person presentation arrangements.
- Monitor program logistics and provide support during conference sessions.
- Handle speaker inquiries and assist with program-related documentation.
- Work closely with registration, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare post-conference reports and program summaries.

- Experience in conference, event, or academic program coordination is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in conference management platforms and standard office software.

- Ability to work collaboratively with international speakers, delegates and Sponsors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in conference management, event coordination, academic administration, or project management preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and online meeting platforms.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
