Job Title: Backend Office Executive
Location: Noida
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Backend Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and be comfortable with basic calling and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and reports in MS Excel.
- Prepare letters, documents, and reports using MS Word.
- Handle backend office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day activities.
- Make and receive calls for follow-ups and information sharing.
- Maintain employee/client data and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing presentations and MIS reports as required.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
- Support management with miscellaneous office-related tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, filtering, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Basic communication and calling skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of email communication.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with office tools and administrative processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
