Job Title: Field Sales Officer for Ernakulam District

Job Description:
Join ALBA, a leading innerwear brand with over 30 years of success! We are looking for motivated Sales Officers (Age 23-35) to travel to and manage sales in entire Ernakulam District, Kerala. Your key role will involve building customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring timely product delivery and payment collections.
You’ll work 5 days a week in the Central Kerala Textile market and spend 1 day at our corporate office in Mulamthuruthy for review meetings. Enjoy Sundays off!
Salary: ₹25,000/month + travel & accommodation allowances. Incentives depend on performance, starting after probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery and payment collections.
- Report to the Area Sales Manager and provide daily updates.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
