2. Intimate superiors and head office regarding competitor activities.
3. Provide on job training to ASM’s and TSE’s, supporting them to earn incentives, reducing attrition and ensuring customer delight.
4. Verify and approve the expense and leaves of the team members and monitoring their work effectiveness and doing necessary correction.
5. Expanding market by identifying new customers and converting them, taking care of existing customers and developing KOL’s.
6. Promote and Market the products as per company strategic plans to the customers and ensure market penetration.
7. Filling up vacancies in time and ensuring customer coverage.
8. Promoting NES products and complete the tasks and activities which are given by the management.
