Job Overview
Anuprerna Artisan Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead growth, customer engagement, digital marketing, and campaign execution across our B2B and B2C verticals. This role requires someone who can combine strategy with execution and build scalable marketing systems for a growing sustainable textile and artisan-focused brand.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Customer
- customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, and customer engagement across B2B and B2C channels
- Manage marketing funnels from awareness to conversion and customer retention
- Build monthly marketing calendars aligned with product launches, artisan production cycles, and seasonal demand
Campaigns & Content
- Plan and execute campaigns across email marketing, social media, product launches, and promotions
- Manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Oversee content execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, website, blogs, and email campaigns
SEO & Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO activities and digital marketing initiatives to improve traffic and conversions
- Optimize website, landing pages, and product pages for performance
- Track campaign performance and conduct testing to improve results
Go-To-Market & Business Growth
- Support lead generation initiatives for domestic and international markets
- Build strategies for B2B outreach, collaborations, and partnerships
- Drive community engagement and influencer initiatives
Team Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate with content, design, operations, sales, and product teams
- Mentor and manage marketing team members when required
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, digital marketing, or brand roles
- Strong understanding of social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and digital campaigns
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, and CRM systems preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in D2C, textiles, fashion, lifestyle, or sustainable brands
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and lead generation
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email platforms
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
