Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and employee performance activities at Digitalvia Technology.
The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment processes, HR coordination, and employee management. The candidate should also possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements
Manage onboarding and employee joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance and leave management
Conduct employee engagement and retention activities
Implement sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Manage employee grievances and workplace coordination
Assist in performance review and appraisal processes
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates
Oversee day-to-day HR department operations
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Knowledge of digital marketing industry and roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
