Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting the administrative operations of the school and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role includes managing office administration, maintaining records and supporting facility and operational requirements of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative activities of the school office.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation related to administration.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, security, housekeeping, and other services.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in organizing school events, meetings and official programmes.
- Support departments with administrative coordination when required.
- Handle correspondence, email and telephone communication.
- Coordinate facility-related requirements and ensure proper maintenance of the premises.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
