Job Summary
UK Textiles is seeking an energetic and technology-savvy International Business Development & AI Outreach Executive to support our global buyer acquisition efforts.
The selected candidate will identify potential apparel brands and buyers worldwide, conduct AI-assisted market research, build prospect databases, execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and coordinate meetings with prospective international customers.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy research, communication, AI tools, digital marketing, and international business development.

Key Responsibilities
International Buyer Research
* Identify apparel brands, private labels, fashion retailers, and sourcing companies globally
* Research sourcing managers, founders, buying offices, and procurement contacts
* Build and maintain structured buyer databases
AI-Powered Lead Generation
* Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other research platforms to identify business opportunities
* Generate prospect lists and research reports
* Support automation of repetitive outreach tasks
Email & LinkedIn Outreach
* Draft and send personalized outreach emails
* Execute LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns
* Conduct systematic follow-ups
* Track engagement and responses
CRM & Lead Tracking
* Maintain accurate lead databases
* Update lead status and follow-up schedules
* Record buyer interactions and meeting notes
* Generate weekly pipeline reports
Meeting Coordination
* Schedule Zoom, Google Meet, and in-person meetings
* Coordinate communication between prospects and internal teams
* Prepare meeting summaries and action points
Marketing Support
* Assist with LinkedIn content and outreach activities
* Prepare presentations and business development materials
* Support international marketing initiatives
