About the Role
Are you a seasoned Full Stack Leader who thrives at the intersection of robust enterprise tech and cutting-edge AI? Incedo is looking for Senior Technical Leads to architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between heavy-duty backend architectures (.NET Core, AWS ecosystem), intelligent automation (Agentic AI), and slick front-end interfaces (Angular).
You will lead an offshore development team, collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and champion engineering excellence.
What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)
- Architect & Code: Write high-quality, scalable code, design complex systems, and author robust architectural documentation.
- Client Engagement: Own technical requirement gathering, plan end-to-end delivery approaches, and liaise with global stakeholders.
- Lead & Mentor: Champion the growth of your team. Conduct code reviews, establish strict quality gates, enforce secure coding practices, and drive unit-testing coverage.
- Modern DevOps: Build, optimize, and deploy code seamlessly using CI/CD pipelines.
- Culture Builder: Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment that inspires team members to do their best work.
What We Are Looking For (Skill Requirements)
- Backend Mastery: Deep proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and server-side frameworks like Entity Framework.
- Cloud Expertise (AWS): Hands-on experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure using EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, S3, CloudTrail, and Glue Jobs.
- Next-Gen AI: Practical familiarity or working knowledge with Agentic AI frameworks/workflows to build autonomous, intelligent systems.
- Frontend Savvy: Strong command over Angular (as well as core HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript).
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience mentoring junior engineers and progressing from core engineering into delivery/technical leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / MCA.
- 6 to 13 years of overall software engineering experience.
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
