Key Responsibilities:
Dispatcher oversees household goods (HHG) move operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and movers. This role includes managing and tracking each move, assigning jobs to crews, monitoring job progress in real time, handling additional hours, calculating bills and maintaining clear communication to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Conduct video interviews, presentations, and pre-screening sessions for U.S.-based movers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. Customer Service is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
