About the Internship
We are looking for motivated graduates who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) while working remotely on a live LMS project.
This internship provides an opportunity to learn how an LMS is configured, managed, tested, and used for real-world learning and training operations—all through an online work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with LMS setup and configuration
- Create and manage courses, modules and learning content
- Upload and organize digital learning materials
- Manage users, roles, groups and access permissions
- Assist with assignments, assessments, quizzes and certifications
- Monitor learner enrollment and course progress
- Generate and analyze LMS reports and analytics
- Perform LMS testing and identify issues
- Assist with LMS customization and integrations
- Maintain project documentation
- Participate in online meetings, discussions and project reviews
- Work collaboratively with the project team using online tools

Live Project Experience
This is not just a theoretical training program.
Selected interns will get an opportunity to work remotely on live LMS project activities, understand real project workflows, perform assigned tasks and contribute to the development/operation of an LMS environment.

Technical/LMS experience is NOT mandatory.
