Position Details
Position: Collection Executive
Location: Gaya, Bihar
Department: Collections
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for timely collection of EMI dues.
- Conduct field visits to customers for overdue account recovery.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets.
- Maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring effective recovery.
- Update collection records and customer visit reports accurately.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding overdue accounts.
- Identify potential delinquent accounts and take timely follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
- Report customer feedback and market information to the management.
- Handle customer queries related to loan repayments professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Vehicle Finance will be preferred.
- Must possess good communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be willing to travel extensively for field collection.
- Candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
