Position: General Manager – Operations
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage multiple central kitchen operations
✅ Drive operational excellence and process improvements
✅ Manage budgets, costs, procurement, and inventory
✅ Ensure food safety, quality, and ISO compliance
✅ Lead cross-functional teams and improve operational performance
✅ Coordinate with HR, IT, Production, Purchase & Distribution teams
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
7–10 years of Operations Management experience
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in Food Manufacturing, Central Kitchen, FMCG, Hospitality, Catering, or Large-scale Production Operations preferred
Strong leadership, budgeting, supply chain, and quality management skills
