Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing architectural and construction projects from project initiation to completion. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, quality, client communication, and coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple architectural and construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure timely completion of design, approvals, procurement, and construction activities.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review project budgets, track costs, and control project expenditures.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead project meetings, preparing progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate design revisions and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, and reports.
- Report project status, delays, and critical issues to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 4-5years of experience in project management within architecture or construction.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
