Assembly Engineer
Job Summary
The Assembly Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the assembly of machinery and equipment. The role ensures products are assembled according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the assembly of machines, equipment, and sub-assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
- Allocate work to technicians and assembly operators.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily plan.
- Monitor assembly quality and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with Design, Production Planning, Quality, and Stores departments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for assembly-related problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Maintain production records and assembly reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Support machine testing, inspection, and dispatch activities.
- Train and guide assembly technicians on standard operating procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
