• Market data system – data clean up, improved reporting capabilities, process improvement
• Compensation expertise:
• Deep knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with job architecture design including job families, career paths, and leveling guides.
• Strong understanding of market data analysis
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday) compensation tools
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills for pay ranges and job leveling
• Ability to interpret market survey data and apply it to architecture design
• Ability to align architecture with career management and skills taxonomy
• Project Leadership:
• Skilled in project planning, stakeholder engagement and governance
• Proven ability to lead large-scale HR or compensation project
• Change Management:
• Ability to influence senior leaders and gain buy-in for structural changes
• Experience developing training and rollout plans for HR and managers
• Multitasking with good people and communication skills, analytical mindset to apply to business, data, and systems analysis, and project management and ownership attitude
• 10+ year experience in Compensation function of Human Resources.
• Experience in other functions a plus including:
• Incentive compensation and employee benefits
