Job Description
We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic South India team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for covering the Karnataka and Goa regions.
How you will contribute
Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets across assigned brands and territories
Work closely with the India-based distributor , ensuring strong alignment on objectives, strategy and brand guidelines
Act as a Brand Ambassador for Kering Eyewear, representing the brands with professionalism and consistency in the market
Contribute to the definition and execution of the market development and distribution strategy
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers , identifying and maximizing business opportunities
Identify and develop new clients, points of sale and business opportunities , in line with brand positioning
Ensure achievement of sales targets and order objectives by brand, in line with agreed plans
Support the launch of new collections and ensure a continuous flow of replenishment across accounts
Monitor and optimise assortments and stock levels at points of sale
Drive in-store brand visibility , securing appropriate space and premium positioning
Ensure visual merchandising standards are respected and POS materials are correctly implemented
Deliver product and brand training to retail sales staff to enhance sell-out performance
Support the rollout of marketing initiatives and activations in the market
Provide accurate and regular reporting on store visits, customer feedback, sell-out performance, and stock analysis
Ensure effective visit planning and territory coverage , aligned with objectives set by the manager
Who you are
Diploma or University Degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience
Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments
Strong sales background, with exposure to Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution
Willingness and ability to travel based on business needs
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong results-driven mindset with a clear achievement orientation
Proven negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Analytical mindset with a strong learning agility
