Position: Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Food & Beverage Service

Job Summary
The F&B Service GSA is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while ensuring customer satisfaction, hygiene standards, and smooth restaurant operations. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining professional guest relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restaurant and service areas
- Set up and clear tables before and after service
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers
- Handle billing and payment procedures when required
- Follow hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist in banquet and event service operations when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B Service / Restaurant Service
- Hotel industry experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Plus Two or equivalent qualification
