Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will assist in bringing our visual concepts to life. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Visual Asset Creation: Collaborate virtually with the marketing team to design eye-catching graphics for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), email newsletters, and blog posts.
- Branding Support: Assist in creating and updating brand collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Ad Creatives: Design high-converting ad layouts and banners for digital advertising campaigns.
- Asset Management: Organize, catalog, and maintain our cloud-based digital asset library.
- Feedback & Iteration: Work through our digital creative feedback loop—joining video calls, receiving critiques from senior team members, and making revisions to refine your work.
- Trend Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and visual styles to keep our brand looking fresh.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for an aspiring designer with a passion for learning and a strong foundational toolkit:
- Design Tools: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma / Canva.
- Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Portfolio Required: A link to a digital portfolio or PDF showcasing your best school projects, personal work, or design concepts. (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
- Remote Readiness: A reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and the ability to stay organized and communicative in a remote team environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude toward receiving creative feedback, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
