About the Role
Luxtripper is looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a strong background in the travel industry to handle customer queries related to flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel assistance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and travel assistance.
- Provide accurate information regarding airfares, policies, travel regulations, and airline guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers.
- Manage booking amendments, schedule changes, and refund requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Assist customers with post-booking support and travel-related queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Support within the Travel Industry.
- Strong knowledge of flight bookings, GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations and complex travel queries
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling UK/US travel customers.
- Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel documentation
