Roles & Responsibilities :
-Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to cosmetic manufacturing, labeling, packaging, storage, and distribution.
-Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation required for cosmetic products and manufacturing operations.
-Coordinate product registrations, approvals, licenses, and certifications with relevant government authorities.
-Monitor changes in cosmetic regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements, and implement necessary updates.
-Support product launches by ensuring all regulatory requirements are fulfilled before commercialization.
-Maintain and update regulatory databases, records, and compliance documentation.
-Assist Quality Assurance and Production teams in meeting regulatory and customer compliance requirements.
-Handle regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance assessments conducted by authorities or clients.
-Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other applicable quality standards.
-Liaisoning & Government Coordination Act as the primary point of contact with government departments, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
-Coordinate with authorities for obtaining and renewing licenses, registrations, permits, and statutory approvals.
-Manage communications and follow-ups with departments such as FDA/State Licensing Authorities, Pollution Control Board, Labour Department, Fire Department, Factory Department, and other regulatory agencies as required.
-Facilitate smooth processing of approvals and resolve regulatory queries in a timely manner.
-Maintain positive professional relationships with external stakeholders and regulatory officials.
-Track license validity and ensure timely renewals to avoid operational disruptions.
Documentation & Compliance Management :
-Maintain records of all statutory licenses, approvals, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Prepare reports and compliance submissions for management and regulatory authorities.
-Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record retention as per company policies and legal requirements.
-Support internal compliance audits and corrective action implementation.
Regulatory Portal Management
-Handle regulatory submissions and compliance activities through government portals such as ONDLS, CDSCO SUGAM Portal, FDA Licensing Portals, and other statutory compliance platforms.
- Prepare, submit, track, and manage applications for licenses, registrations, approvals, amendments, and renewals through online government systems.
-Coordinate with regulatory authorities to address portal-based queries and ensure t imely approvals.
-Maintain digital compliance records and monitor application status to ensure uninterrupted regulatory compliance.
-Stay updated with portal-related procedural changes and submission requirements.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations, licensing procedures, and statutory compliance requirements. Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
