Job Title: Service Engineer – UPS

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites for UPS installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer locations.
- Close assigned service calls within the defined timeline.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Prepare service reports and update job status.
- Ensure excellent customer support and maintain professional conduct.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely spare replacement and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of UPS, batteries, electrical systems, or power electronics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
