Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with organizational goals, while also participating in testing and validation processes to confirm that the applications meet the defined requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and optimization techniques.
