Operations Head / Operations Manager – Gemstones & Jewellery

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for gemstones, jewellery, rudraksha, crystals, and spiritual products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Handle procurement, inventory planning, quality control, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors to support business growth.
- Optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations within the Jewellery, Gemstones, Rudraksha, or Spiritual Products industry.
- Strong vendor network and sourcing experience in gemstones, jewellery, rudraksha, and crystals.
- Hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory, and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in D2C/E-commerce operations will be an added advantage.
Preferred Background: -
Candidates from PC Chandra Jewellers, MP Jewellers, Senco Gold, Khanna Gems, Tanishq, CaratLane, BlueStone, or similar jewellery/gemstone organizations are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
