Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic French language trainer to prepare students for the TEF Canada and TCF Canada exams. The trainer will conduct online classes, provide exam-focused guidance, evaluate student performance, and help learners achieve their target scores for immigration, study, or professional purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for TEF/TCF preparation.
- Teach all four exam modules:
- Listening (Compréhension orale)
- Reading (Compréhension écrite)
- Writing (Expression écrite)
- Speaking (Expression orale)
- Explain exam format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and practice materials.
- Conduct mock tests and provide personalized feedback.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Use online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
- French proficiency of B2 or C1 (C2 preferred by some employers).
- DELF/DALF/TEF/TCF certification is preferred.
- Experience teaching French or preparing students for TEF/TCF exams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong internet connection, laptop, and familiarity with online teaching tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Canada PR exam preparation.
- Ability to teach one-on-one and group classes.
- Curriculum development and content creation skills.
- Student-centered teaching approach.
