Job Title: Dedicated Counselling Psychologist (Project-Based)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Counselling Psychologist to join our team on a project basis in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is committed to providing high-quality counselling services while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counselling sessions as per project requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions.
- Participate in regular case discussions and team meetings.
- Provide weekly updates and feedback to the Mumbai team regarding project progress, observations, and outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of psychological practice.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth implementation of counselling services.
Training & Onboarding
- Comprehensive training will be provided before independent project work begins.
- The selected candidate will undergo a structured training period to become familiar with the project's protocols, tools, and counselling framework.
- Successful completion of the training period is required before taking on independent responsibilities.
Eligibility
- Master's degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical Psychology preferred).
- Relevant counselling experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular coordination with the central team.
- Comfortable with online meetings and weekly reporting.
Commitment
- Approximately 10 hours per week.
- Project-based engagement with flexibility in scheduling, based on project needs.
- Regular weekly feedback and coordination with the Mumbai team are mandatory.
