We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–2 years of professional experience to support design development, preparation of drawings, and coordination of projects from concept to execution. The candidate will work closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Assist in site visits and ensure design compliance during execution.
- Prepare 3D models, renderings, and design presentations.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications where required.
- Modify and revise drawings as per client or project requirements.
- Support project documentation and submission processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of basic construction details and materials.
- Understanding of building bylaws and approval processes.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential/commercial projects.
- Basic knowledge of interior detailing.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
