About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Revenue Cloud to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and Sales Cloud, combined with strong leadership, architecture, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RLM, including approvals.
- Design and implement Product and Price Book models.
- Configure complex pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Manage contract lifecycle, amendments, renewals, and proration.
- Work on subscription and usage-based pricing models.
- Provide integration-level understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Act as the technical and functional lead for Salesforce delivery teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions, Salesforce best practices, and development standards.
- Review and guide development across Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and RLM configuration.
- Lead integrations with ERP, Finance, Tax, Order Management, and other downstream systems.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, release management, UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Mentor junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Salesforce Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RLM.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, including Leads, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Experience with RLM configuration and Approvals.
- Strong understanding of Amendments, Renewals, Proration, and Usage-Based Pricing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations; middleware experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Revenue Recognition and financial integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP/finance platforms.
- Salesforce Industries CPQ or Advanced Billing experience.
- Experience working with subscription-based or SaaS business models.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise or global Salesforce implementations.
