About the Company:
Phoenix Business Advisory is a fast-growing business migration and advisory firm specializing in global business expansion, investor visas, and migration solutions for countries like the USA, Australia, UAE, and New Zealand. We work closely with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and entrepreneurs to provide strategic business migration solutions.
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team and help build a strong visual identity for the company across digital and offline platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Graphic Designing:
- Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, visiting cards, standees, and other branding materials.
- Create visually engaging creatives for marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Develop branding materials aligned with the company’s visual identity.
- Design client-related documents, cover pages, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
- Create infographics and visual content for educational and promotional purposes.
Social Media & Branding:
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.
- Create visually appealing content to enhance the company’s online presence.
- Support the marketing team with innovative content ideas and campaign creatives.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand design requirements.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and design assets for future use.
- Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital branding.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,204.72 - ₹45,516.01 per month
