The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, market research, and customer referrals.
- Client Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively present and demonstrate them to prospective clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records using CRM software, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
