About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Advocate with 2–3 years of litigation experience to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, court appearance experience, legal research capabilities, and the ability to independently handle legal matters while working collaboratively with the firm's partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
- Draft legal notices, plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, agreements, applications, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Attend court hearings and coordinate with clients, court officials, and counsel.
- Prepare legal opinions and case strategies.
- Maintain case files and ensure timely compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
- Assist senior advocates in complex litigation matters.
- Keep updated with recent legal developments and judicial precedents.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India/State Bar Council.
- 2–3 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
- Excellent drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of procedural and substantive laws.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Courtroom advocacy and client handling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
- Professional ethics, attention to detail, and time management.
