Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and execute influencer-led campaigns for brands across multiple categories. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, creator ecosystems, campaign execution, brand collaborations, and influencer relationship management. This role requires someone who can strategically identify the right creators, build meaningful partnerships, manage end-to-end campaign execution, and drive impactful results for brands while leading and mentoring a team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the influencer marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and achievement of campaign objectives.
- Take ownership of making every influencer campaign successful by ensuring quality execution, timely delivery, strong creator alignment, and achievement of brand goals.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Identify, onboard, and build relationships with influencers, creators, celebrities, and talent agencies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including influencer shortlisting, negotiations, briefing, execution, content approvals, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with brand, content, design, and strategy teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator culture, viral content formats, and emerging influencer categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with influencers and agencies.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are executed within timelines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and ROI to derive actionable insights and optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain influencer databases and creator networks across categories and regions.
- Create campaign reports, case studies, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with clients and present influencer strategies, recommendations, and campaign updates.
- Identify opportunities for long-term influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to improve execution quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience leading or managing a team is preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media platforms, and creator trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Experience handling influencer campaigns for brands and agencies is preferred.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Familiarity with influencer analytics tools and social media insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and campaign tracking sheets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
