Role Overview
We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually engaging designs for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create marketing materials including banners, posters, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Design website banners, landing page assets, and UI graphics.
- Develop brand identity assets including logos, brand guidelines, and visual elements.
- Create ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Design thumbnails, infographics, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and video teams.
- Ensure brand consistency across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and AI-powered design tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Canva
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics using After Effects
- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut)
- AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
- UI/UX design understanding
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design or related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Candidates with agency experience will have an added advantage.
